As Executive Director at Medders Injury Law since December 2023, I oversee operations, nurture client relationships, and lead marketing initiatives. As a Columbia University graduate and Army veteran, I bring analytical skills, discipline, and a strong sense of teamwork to my role.
My goal is to ensure compassionate, effective representation for every client during challenging times. My diverse background in marketing, brand strategy, and global communications, including experience with the Council on Foreign Relations and several celebrity-owned brands, brings a unique perspective to our firm.
My journey to Medders Injury Law is personal. While dating Morgan Medders, I overheard an opposing attorney commend him for his integrity and determination in fighting for clients. This moment not only deepened my love for Morgan but also sparked my decision to work with him one day.
I understand that behind every case is a person whose life has been unexpectedly disrupted. That's why I'm dedicated to making the legal process as smooth and stress-free as possible for our clients. My commitment is to ensure every person who comes to Medders Injury Law feels heard, respected, and supported as we help them move towards a brighter future.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, walking the Beltline, and exploring Atlanta's food scene. I live in Atlanta with my husband, Morgan Medders, and our two pups: Rio and Bogart.

If you’ve been on the phone with Kate, you’ve probably heard a jealous dog groaning in the background! That would be Humphrey “Bogie” Bogart. He’s a certified mommy’s boy with a heart of gold. What he lacks in general athletic ability he makes up for with enthusiasm. He loves to meet clients at the office—especially if they offer him a treat!
